Summary
This position is in Region 5, Land, Chemicals and Redevelopment Division, Land and Chemicals Branch. About: Region 5. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
Major Duties
You will: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the organizational unit to develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and program objectives for promoting effective operation of the organization. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to oversee work, ensure reasonable equity among units of performance standards, and resolve group grievances and employee complaints for promoting an environment for effective mission accomplishment. Represent the organizational unit and Agency to explain policy and procedures, resolve significant problems, and determine appropriate actions of impact for establishing, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
