Sustainable Development Manager (Seasoning Powder)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
Monitor and improve environmental impact related to raw materials, production, packaging, and waste management.
Collaborate with R&D to innovate sustainable seasoning powder formulations and processes.
Ensure compliance with international food safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct sustainability assessments and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners globally to promote sustainable sourcing and practices.
Lead training and awareness programs on sustainability for employees.
Represent the company in international meetings, conferences, and site visits.
Manage projects related to sustainability, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience in sustainability management within the food industry, preferably in seasoning or related products.
Strong knowledge of food chemistry and production processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally frequently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in sustainability standards, certifications, and reporting frameworks.
