We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Solar Appointment Setter to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for our solar consultants. This role is perfect for people with experience in customer service, call center, telecommunications, or sales who want to grow their earning potential.
This is more than just making calls, you’re helping people discover smarter energy solutions while building valuable sales and communication skills.
What you’ll earn:
- 💵 $15/hour base pay
- 💰 Bonuses + commission opportunities
Schedule:
Full-time with evening and Saturday opportunities available.
A Day in the Life
As an Appointment Setter, you are often the first impression of Sun Solar, LLC., and that matters.
You will:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential customers
- Educate homeowners about our solar services
- Build rapport and create positive experiences
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Help customers feel confident and excited about going solar

QualificationsQualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Experience handling outbound calls, lead follow-up, or customer outreach preferred
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive customer experience
- Goal-oriented with motivation to meet appointment setting, lead generation, or sales performance targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center or inside sales environment
- Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
- Dependable, coachable, and able to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, telecommunication sales, inside sales, or phone-based customer support strongly preferred
