This position forms part of a Finance Shared Services team providing services to entities operating out of other countries including Mauritius (MR) and Tanzania (TZ).

<\/div>
- Monthly closing and preparation of Management and Financial accounts - SA & MR
<\/span><\/li> - Monthly comparisons to budget to maintain a focus on minimizing costs and improving efficiency
<\/span><\/li> - First level review of TZ Management and Financial accounts
<\/span><\/li> - Coordinate the Budget preparation – SA & MR – with first level reviews for TZ
<\/span><\/li> - Vendor payment preparation for SA & MR
<\/span><\/li> - Cashflow forecast preparation for SA and MR, and weekly review for TZ
<\/span><\/li> - Overall audit management for SA & MR
<\/span><\/li> - Chart of Accounts control within Zoho ensuring uniformity across all entities
<\/span><\/li> - Monthly General Ledger reconciliations for SA & MR and review for TZ
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure that all financial transactions comply with IFRS and the relevant country’s statutory regulations

Requirements<\/h3>
- Bachelor of Commerce<\/span>
<\/li> - 5 years' experience<\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including IFRS
<\/li> - Hands -on experience with accounting software like Zoho or similar
<\/span><\/li> - Robust MS Excel expertise
<\/span><\/li> - Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
<\/span><\/li> - Effective communicator
<\/span><\/li> - Conscientious and trustworthy
