Position: Sr. Executive –
EOHS (Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety)<\/span><\/b>

Experience: 5 – 8 Years<\/span><\/b>

Qualification: <\/span><\/b>Engineering Graduate / M.Tech in
Environmental Engineering, Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety (recognized
by State Technical Board)<\/span>
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Ensure compliance with
environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations.<\/span>
<\/li>Maintain statutory
documentation and reporting in line with Telangana Government norms and
PCB standards.<\/span>
<\/li>Monitor environmental
parameters and manage waste disposal through authorized vendors.<\/span>
<\/li>Oversee occupational health
center and maintain all factory -related licenses (Factory, Explosives,
Labour, PCB consents).<\/span>
<\/li>Conduct training programs
including safety inductions, mock drills, tool -box talks, and emergency
preparedness.<\/span>
<\/li>Implement and certify ISO
and other safety/environmental standards.<\/span>
<\/li>Lead safety audits, risk
assessments (JHA/HIRA), and develop SOPs.<\/span>
<\/li>Supervise maintenance and
inspection of fire safety systems, lifting equipment, and other critical
infrastructure.<\/span>
<\/li>Drive initiatives like 5S,
Safety Day/Environment Day celebrations, and safety committee meetings.<\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate with internal
departments and vendors to maintain a strong EOHS culture.<\/span>
<\/li>Manage procurement and
availability of PPEs in coordination with purchasing teams.<\/span>
<\/li>Investigate
incidents/accidents and prepare reports as per Factory Act compliance.<\/span>
<\/li>Ensure SEZ safety compliance
including documentation like TR and Invoicing.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Skills Required:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
In -depth knowledge of safety
and environmental laws & compliance.<\/span>
<\/li>Strong documentation and
report preparation capabilities.<\/span>
<\/li>Experience with ISO
standards, safety audits, and government liaison.<\/span>
<\/li>Proactive in conducting
trainings, developing SOPs, and improving safety culture.<\/span>
<\/li>Ability to coordinate across
functions and lead safety -related initiatives.<\/span>
