Lead the selection and timely implementation of sustainability technology (post-STEP) to automate and support the delivery of sustainability objectives – annual reporting / CSRD compliance, emissions calculation, environmental risk assessment.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Sustainability Technology and Databases
Lead the selection and timely implementation of sustainability technology (post-STEP) to automate and support the delivery of sustainability objectives – annual reporting / CSRD compliance, emissions calculation, environmental risk assessment.
Create shared data pools for diverse purposes (annual reporting, PCF analyses, tender support) for global and local level, ensuring easy access and usability for end users.
Fully own Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions calculation process, from data collection to methodology enhancements and audit process.
Support development, own and manage Sustainability / SBTi control dashboard and any related functionality (tracking, forecasting).
Data to Insights
Perform modelling vs. multiple growth scenarios (volume, portfolio and regional changes) on decarbonization to inform decision making.
Support Head of Sustainability and Sustainability AD with monthly/ quarterly performance management process and related Sustainability LT insights.
Lead on drafting and updating Sustainability KPIs methodology.
Support Sustainability budgeting process, including documentation of assumptions / methodology.
Sustainability and Market Access Support
Lead on customized EF database development for internal (modelling, forecasting) and external (public reporting and audit) purposes.
Lead the delivery of PCF in-house tool and analysis, inclusive of supporting functions in similar technical projects (i.e. D2SV, RE use, SDDC).

What you'll bring to the role:
University degree, technical background preferred (engineering, data science or similar).
>5 years in technology delivery or analytics role, experience with ESG data (especially carbon accounting) essential.
Excellent analytical skills (excel, Power BI or similar tools, platforms).
Ability to move from data to insights and communicate technical concepts in a simple and clear manner to non-experts.
Good understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, GHG, SBTi) as they arise.
Outstanding organization and project management skills, ability to work on tight deadlines and with short notice without compromising attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented, cross-functional, global environment.
Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills
