WSP is currently initiating a search for an Environmental Inspector for our client in Baltimore, MD. Be involved in projects with our CM Team and be part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solve their challenges.
Your Impact
Replacement of storm drain inlets and manholes.
Installation of storm drain pipes
Grading in an outfall forebay.
Grading in a Step Pool Storm Conveyance System, downstream of the outfall forebay.
Relocating a sanitary sewer pipes
Construction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, and asphalt and paving associated with the storm drain and structure construction.
Returning site to its original condition.
General planting and landscaping.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct, and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of experience in field inspection, including stream, wetland and/or stormwater projects
- Highly familiar with construction inspection principles, field inspection practices, processes, methods and techniques.
- Highly familiar with relevant construction codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
- Solid knowledge in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Contract Management (CM-14)/Oracle Unifier or e-Builder.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $35-45/hr
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
