Job Description:
• Responsible to Manage site EHS (if designated projects with respect to EHS).
• Support project during Client pitching/RFP/site due diligence on EHS aspects as required.
• Act as primary EHS contact/advisor / liaison between management and project team
• Continue being a reliable Subject Matter Expert in the field of EHS, providing valuable guidance to the project team & Contractor.
• Coordinate with all NCR project and share the combined weekly and Monthly EHS reports.
• Understand Company EHS systems and procedures implementation expectations, collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with the team as required.
• Projects Compliance tracking (in general).
• Tracking and update on the drive folders as required.
• Responsible for communicating and reviewing all aspects of EHS programs and management systems (to development, to implementation and improvement) as required.
• Coordinate and risk assess projects impacting EHS.
• To conduct periodic internal EHS training for staff.
• To conduct regular inspections/audits. Regular tracking.
• Participation in Incident/Accident investigation.
• Provide guidance to project team in developing or implementing workplace EHS Systems and procedure.
• Reviewing projects EHS systems and procedures are followed in the project and provide guidance if any improvement is required.
• Participate in/conduct or coordinate for EHS kick off meetings.
• Continuously monitor and assess EHS performance of all projects.
• To establish a culture by adopting good Environment, Health & Safety by implementing our EHS systems procedure.
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics by coordinating with all the projects.
• Collaborating with management to plan and implement EHS.
• Support central EHS & Business.
• Maintain a strong presence on site as required.
Additional Information:
• This is 5 days work from office role.
• Maximum 2 rounds in the process. (1st round will be F2F only)
