Solar Construction Foreman – Residential New Home Construction

We’re looking for a hands-on Solar Construction Foreman with experience in residential new home construction solar who knows how to lead crews, run efficient jobsites, and take pride in quality work.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise residential solar crews on new home construction projects
- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs on schedule
- Ensure installs meet plans, code, and MARS quality standards
- Enforce safety policies and best practices on site
- Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and inspectors
- Troubleshoot field issues and keep communication flowing
What We’re Looking For
- Foreman or lead experience in residential construction and/or solar
- Strong understanding of new home construction workflows
- Ability to read plans and layout drawings
- Confident leader who holds crews accountable and leads by example
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
