Introduction

CSG Resourcing has an immediate opening for a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for a major PV Solar Plant project. This is a premier opportunity for a certified professional to join a leading team.

Key Details:

Start Date: Immediate
Location: Lethabo Power Station
Contract Period: 1 Year

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements & Responsibilities:

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on substation experience.
Demonstrated EPC & PV Project Management skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Adaptability to long-term on-site work conditions.
Responsible for reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Manage daily progress reports and ensure strict safety compliance.
Ensure full compliance with all South African Construction Regulations.
Enforce all health and safety protocols on site.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Key Qualifications:

Languages: Fluent English is essential; Mandarin or Afrikaans is preferred.
Certification: Must be SACPCMP Certified.
Education: Degree in Engineering or Construction.

Package & Remuneration

All inclusive salary R110 000 to R150 000 per month (Experience based)
