Diploma or Degree in *Electrical Engineering or Natural Sciences, Renewable Energy, Electronics, or related field*.
* Minimum *2–3 years of experience* in solar product sales, technical sales, or system design.
* Solid knowledge of *solar system architecture (PV, inverter, battery, balance of system)*.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and provide technical solutions.
* Familiarity with *South African solar standards (SANS, NRS)* is an advantage.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across regions.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Afrikaans or African languages (Zulu, Xhosa, etc.) will be an advantage.
* Previous experience working with *solar manufacturers or major distributors*.
* Professional certifications (e.g., ECSA registration, PV GreenCard) are a plus.
* Proven track record of closing technical sales in the solar industry.
