SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Present, promote, and sell products/services while ensuring customer needs are met.
<\/span><\/li> - Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and business partners.
<\/span><\/li> - Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
<\/span><\/li> - Service existing customers and actively seek new customers within Motive Power and Energy System segments.
<\/span><\/li> - Willing to travel to assigned territories (Malaysia nationwide)
<\/span><\/li> - Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
<\/span><\/li> - Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
<\/span><\/li> - Respond to customer inquiries and emails efficiently and courteously
<\/span><\/li> - Gather customer feedback and relevant market information, and share insights with internal teams
<\/span><\/li> - Compile and submit weekly sales reports to the Branch Manager/General Manager
<\/span><\/li> - Coordinate with admin and service teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
