• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in large-scale power or renewable infrastructure construction.
• Proven delivery of multiple utility-scale Solar PV projects, including programmes exceeding several hundred MW.
• Demonstrated experience with BESS deployment and HV substation construction.
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM contracts, grid compliance, and construction law.
• Experience managing large, multi-project capital portfolios (R10bn+ preferred).
