A growing renewable energy IPP is seeking an O&M Engineer to join its Operations & Maintenance team in an office-based capacity.
This role is ideal for an engineer or technically strong solar PV professional who has gained hands-on site experience in solar operations, monitoring, and plant performance, and is now looking to transition into a more structured, office-based environment while remaining closely involved in plant performance and operational optimisation.
The successful candidate will support the operational performance of utility-scale and C&I solar PV plants across Southern Africa. The role focuses on plant monitoring, performance analysis, reporting, and coordination with on-site O&M teams and contractors.
This is not a construction role — it is operational and performance-focused.
