Role Overview
The Senior Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale renewable energy and civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil scopes
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Lead pricing for EPC projects
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing
- Maintain estimating databases
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Support bid reviews
- Support project handover
- Mentor junior estimators
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years estimating experience
- Experience in infrastructure or renewables
- Strong knowledge of civil works
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Utility-scale renewable experience
- EPC contracting knowledge
- Professional certifications
