Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Attendance Admin Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This paid position plays a vital role in managing attendance records, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties
- Maintain accurate attendance records using computer systems and data entry tools
- Manage employee clock-ins, clock-outs, and leave requests with precision and timeliness
- Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing calls via multi-line phone systems
- Handle phone etiquette professionally while providing exceptional customer support and support to staff
- Organize filing systems, update employee records, and assist with document proofreading for accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for data management, reporting, and bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate calendar management for department schedules, meetings, and personal assistant duties
Qualifications
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk responsibilities, and clerical tasks
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, proofreading, filing, and customer service roles
