About the Role:<\/b>

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager<\/b> to lead and oversee wind energy projects in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in managing large -scale wind energy projects, demonstrating strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h4>
Lead and manage the construction phase of wind energy projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
<\/li>Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies, to drive project milestones.
<\/li>Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
<\/li>Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency.
<\/li>Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and construction personnel, providing clear guidance and support.
<\/li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
<\/li>Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
<\/li>Mitigate risks and implement proactive measures to address potential issues.
<\/li>Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up -to -date.

Bachelor’s Degree<\/b> in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
<\/li>Minimum 8 years of experience<\/b> managing wind energy construction projects, preferably in large -scale infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
