Lexdan Select is assisting a Renewable Energy company with their search for a IT Specialist, based in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Develop and support customisations and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV).
- Build and manage SQL-based data models, APIs, and ETL pipelines to ensure reliable data integration.
- Create automated reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights across the business.
- Own and manage core business systems, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
- Implement and maintain system integrations between ERP, CRM, SQL Server, and third-party applications.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, end-user support, and third-party vendors.
- Provide technical documentation, user training, and act as an internal technology advisor to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI (DAX), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Proven AL / C/AL development experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including ETL processes and query optimisation.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
- Good understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and ERP environments.
- Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, and reporting automation.
Salary : R650 000-R800 000 Per Annum
Full time, in office position.
