Responsibilities
Phase 1: Contract Negotiation and Closing
• Support the negotiation and final drafting of supply contracts for new energy storage projects
• Coordinate the internal review with Sales, LAC GSM and PMO HQ, involving Legal, Finance, Operations and Management to align and approve contractual terms
• Review clauses to ensure alignment with company policies while keeping client expectations in mind
• Prepare and maintain base contract documentation on SharePoint during the closing phase
Phase 2: Contract Execution and Client Management
• Provide daily support to the Leader and Fulfillment PM in client relationship management during project execution
• Monitor and report contract compliance: scope, delivery schedules, technical specifications and commercial terms
• Coordinate internally with Product, R&D, Quality, Factory, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve technical/commercial/operational issues
• Escalate contractual obligations, risks and deviations to mitigate impacts on timelines and client satisfaction
• Manage change orders: from request through internal approval and final documentation
• Payment milestone tracking: Validate deliverables with the client and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collection
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Leadership & Reporting
• Contribute to the development of the Project Control team through process improvements and knowledge sharing
• Prepare reports and dashboards for managers on project status, risks and client feedback
• Contribute to internal improvements based on lessons learned from projects executed.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Experience: 5 years total, with at least 2 in Project or Contract Management. Experience in EPC companies is ideal. Experience in mining or other demanding sectors is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written skills. Comfortable interacting with local and overseas teams.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project or other Management Tools is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish (advanced written, intermediate-high oral). Mandatory for clear communication.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a result-driven culture.
