Position Summary
Solarcraft is seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Analyst to optimize our production, inventory, and MRP processes. This position will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align Epicor with best practices, reducing customizations while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize production and job workflows by aligning Epicor to best practices and reducing unnecessary customization.
- Improve inventory accuracy by standardizing configuration and strengthening Modula integration.
- Maintain reliable MRP results through accurate planning data and timely exception review.
- Implement targeted BPMs, BAQs, and dashboards that reinforce best practices and limit technical debt.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational changes align with financial and GL impact.
- Identify improvement opportunities and guide stakeholders toward sustainable, scalable solutions.
- May perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2–5 years of Epicor experience (production, inventory, MRP).
- Strong Epicor configuration skills with a focus on best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory automation (Modula) and operational-financial linkages.
- Analytical, with strong communication skills to engage diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- This is an on-site position within a hybrid work environment; while work-from-home flexibility is available when a physical presence is not required, team members are expected to be on-site whenever their support responsibilities or business needs call for it.
- This position requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a computer and other office equipment.
- Regular movement around the office and facility is expected.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
