DescriptionOur Identity and Access Management Service Area is looking for an IAM Trainee to join us. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a large and experienced team of IAM professionals who provide comprehensive solutions in the IAM area.
As an IAM Trainee, you will act as a technical specialist supporting IAM solutions in our continuous services. The role also includes documentation and testing. You will have the chance to work with advanced technologies and collaborate with a highly skilled team.
Previous experience and interest in cybersecurity and IAM are considered assets. This position is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset, basic programming knowledge, and strong communication and documentation skills.
The position will be in Espoo, Finland and we support hybrid work. This position is a six-month fixed-term internship (6 months) starting in March or April 2026, with the possibility for a permanent position after internship.

QualificationsIn this role we hope to see:
Completed or ongoing relevant studies are considered an advantage.
A passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.
Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
Customer service orientation and good teamwork skills.
Understanding of IAM concepts and systems, with familiarity with key standards is a benefit.
SQL skills.
General understanding of web API´s (REST, JSON).
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD.
