The Operations & Engagement Specialist supports the strategic priorities of the Marketing and Communications Business Unit (MAC BU) by implementing and executing plans and tasks related to departmental operations and employee engagement programs and events.
In support of operational strategic priorities, the Operations & Engagement Specialist manages organizational, BU, and/or team-level contracts, including ensuring compliance, managing vendor communications and relationships, managing invoice payments, and tracking payments and spending. They support employee onboarding and offboarding operations, including procurement of equipment and administrative duties related to onboarding and offboarding. They manage the BU-wide computer inventory, ensuring an up-to-date record of computer equipment within the BU and fulfilling replacement needs. They track MAC licenses for core software and systems, liaise with TNC Central Procurement, and ensure licenses are transferred, renewed, and managed appropriately. They manage the MAC presence at TNC’s Arlington Office, coordinating with TNC Office Services as needed. They will regularly take on ad-hoc projects in support of operational strategic priorities.
In support of employee engagement strategic priorities, the Operations & Engagement Specialist manages all logistics, live facilitation, and follow-up for all staff virtual and in-person meetings. They contribute to planning for, project-manage, and execute annual all-staff in-person conference. They project-manage and manage logistics for virtual New Hire Orientation. They manage logistics and fulfilment for employee engagement programs, including the MAC Awards Program and Milestone Anniversary Program. They accurately track all expenses and spending related to employee engagement programs and events. Additionally, they are a key point of contact for operational questions from MAC’s global staff. They will regularly take on ad-hoc projects in support of employee engagement strategic priorities.
Across the full scope of their role, they will maintain knowledge of TNC’s policies and procedures and will adapt processes and implement recommended practices in order to improve effectiveness.
They will work a hybrid schedule, with at least 1-2 days weekly in TNC’s Arlington Office, and may work non-standard hours as necessary in support of the Marketing and Communications global team.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data.
Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
Experience with business process analysis and/or improvement.
Experience with current technology in relevant field.
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Salary Information:
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $60,000– $90,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
