What you will do:
Support on‑site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs through environmental data analysis, regulatory compliance support, and continuous improvement initiatives to support Waste Disposal, Remediation, and Environmental Sustainability efforts. Work closely with site leadership and operations to ensure environmentally compliant, safe, and sustainable operations.
How you will do it:
- Perform routine and non‑routine environmental data review for inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Support waste disposal and remediation activities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist with environmental reporting, sustainability metrics, and audit preparation
- Help drive waste reduction, environmental footprint improvement, and sustainability initiatives
- Partner with production and operations teams to support environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Audit environmental practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain procedures, records, and documentation related to environmental, waste, and remediation activities
- Support EHS department goals and continuous improvement efforts
What we look for:
- Associate’s Degree in Environmental Science, STEM‑related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 2–5 years of experience in environmental, EHS, or related fields
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, remediation, and sustainability practices
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Computer proficient with basic data analysis capabilities
- Results‑driven, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.15 - $34.88 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
