EHS環境エンジニアとして、環境コンプライアンスの管理と規制要件を満たすためのエンジニアリング活動を担当します。
企業コンプライアンス戦略の開発と実行に貢献し、ステークホルダーや各部門の責任者に対して環境の観点で専門知識を提供します。
半導体工場における建屋工事（新築・増改築・改修）プロジェクトにおいて、計画・設計段階から施工、コミッショニング、引渡しまで一貫して環境コンプライアンスと環境リスク管理をリードする。国内法規およびMicron Global / Site EHS基準に基づき、設計・工事計画への要求事項の組込み、請負業者管理、行政対応、環境是正活動を推進する。
コミュニケーションの観点では法務、プロセス、設備、ファシリティーなど各部門、協力会社と緊密に連携して、会社のコンプライアンスを維持します。またMicron Globalとしての活動、つまりEHS Corporate(米国)や他のMicron海外サイトとも密接に連携しながらBKM(Best known method)をアライメントすることも重要な職務です。
具体的な職務内容は以下の通り。
建設プロジェクトにおける環境コンプライアンス推進（計画～引渡し）
建設プロジェクトに参画し、環境法令・社内基準に基づく要求事項を整理、プロジェクト計画へ反映する。請負会社・設計者へEHS要求事項/期待事項を明確に伝達する。着工前の「EHS準備状況チェック（チェックリスト提出・レビュー・承認）」プロセスを運用し、承認完了までの是正フォローを主導する。引渡しにおける残工事等のリスクを関係者と調整し、環境面のリスク低減策を実装する。
請負業者（Contractor）/ベンダーの環境管理（現場運用）
建設現場における環境管理（廃棄物、排水、化学物質、騒音/粉じん等の該当領域）を、請負業者の管理体制と連動して運用・改善する。 現場のEHS要求事項に対する請負業者の順守状況を監査/点検し、是正指導と再発防止（Lessons Learnedの反映を含む）を推進する。
環境許認可・行政対応・法令順守（Construction起因の変更管理）
工事・設備変更に伴う環境影響を評価し、必要な行政手続き（届出/許可/報告）を関係部門と連携して実施する。国内関連法令（環境）を読み解き、プロジェクト/運用への適用判断と要求事項（エンジニアリング要件/推奨事項）を提示する。
廃棄物管理（建設・解体・撤去・据付を含む）とベンダーマネジメント
建設に伴う廃棄物の分別・保管・搬出の管理、委託先（廃棄物ベンダー）との運用整備、コンプライアンス維持を行う。新規/変更廃棄物の整理（“New waste preparation”に相当）や運用定着を、現場・協力会社と協働して推進する。
環境測定・データ管理・監査対応（必要に応じて）
環境測定（フィールド測定・データ取りまとめ）や環境監査、環境リスクアセスメント等を計画・実行し、改善提案につなげる。社内外監査/報告に耐えるエビデンス（記録・文書）を整備し、関係者へ透明性高く共有する。
部門横断のステークホルダー連携（Facilities/Project/Process/Legal等）
法務、プロセス、設備、ファシリティ、請負会社等と密に連携し、環境コンプライアンスとプロジェクト成功を両立させる。
Global Standardへのアライメント
全ての業務において必要に応じてGlobal Teamとコミュニケーションを自ら実行しGlobal Standardに基づく対応を実施する。時には新たなStandardをGlobal Teamへ提案する事も必要となる。
必要な知識・能力・経験
Must（必須項目）
- EHSに関わる国内関連法令の知識（法令が読める）
- 環境関連の法令に基づく行政報告に関する知識と実務経験者
- 環境（水質、大気、省エネ等）プロジェクト実務経験
- データを統計的かつ論理的に分析するスキル
- ISO14001, ISO50001等マネジメントシステムの基礎知識と実務経験
Want（望ましい項目）
- 半導体製品関連工場での実務経験
- 化学物質（酸/アルカリ､無機/有機､危険物､高圧ガス等）の知識と実務経験
- 化学物質を使用する設備、施設に関する知識と実務経験
- Environmental Engineerとしての実務経験３年以上
- 排水処理または、産業廃棄物処理に関する知識と実務経験
- 英語（米国）での実務コミュニケーションスキル（電話会議､プレゼンなど）
学歴・語学力・公的資格

- 化学系、または、環境系の学位取得者
- TOEIC 500点以上
- 特定化学物質/有機溶剤 作業主任者
- 危険物取扱者（甲種/乙種）

- 上記以外の環境に関わる公的資格
