The Director of Technical Operations is a strategic leadership role and a key member of the Franchise Leadership Teamoperatingasanindividual contributor;theyareresponsible foroverseeing technical operations, commercialization, Quality & Food Safety, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) withinIndonesiamarket. This role providesexecutive servesas the primary technicaloperationscontact for Franchise partners and Bottlers. The Director drives cost efficiency, productivity, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the SRA of the assigned market, while supporting the company’s long-term business strategy (ABP/LRP). The role also leads new packaging and product development/commercialization initiatives and ensures full market compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and HSE requirementsin accordance withKORE policies.
Provide technical leadership to Franchise and bottling partners across Technical Operations, Commercialization, Quality & Food Safety, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Drive operational performance outcomes, including productivity, commercialization execution, asset reliability, process efficiency, continuity of supply, QFSandHSE performance, in collaboration withOUSupply Chain andotherTiSCfunctions
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for bottlers, leading issue resolution, incident management, and corrective actions.
Lead execution of new product and packaging commercialization in partnership withSupplier,CPS, bottlers,otherTiSCfunctionsand Franchise functions.
Build and sustain system capabilities across people, processes, technology, and infrastructure to support long-term, sustainable growth.
Actively engage and develop teams by fostering a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous feedback, while building a strong pipeline of future technical and cross‑functional leaders.
Serves as the OUTi&SCtechnical authority for bottlersat assigned market, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with KORE, QFS, and HSE standards.
Executes OUTi&SCstrategy at market level, delivering ABP/LRP commitments through disciplined commercialization, operational excellence, and continuity of supply.
Leads issue escalation and incident management, ensuring rapid resolution, strongrootcausediscipline, and prevention of recurrence.
Proactively escalates risksaffectingsupply, quality, safety, or execution withfactbasedrecommendations.
Demonstrates calm, credible leadership during critical events, reinforcing trust, accountability, andCocaColavalues.
Verygoodunderstanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, Quality Safety Environment metrics and commercialization processes.
