Key Responsibilities
• Assist in provisioning and maintaining test environments in Azure and
on -premises platforms.
• Support deployment of builds, patches, and configurations into test
environments.
• Track, monitor, and report on environment availability, stability, and
performance.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure test
environments are aligned with project needs.
• Help maintain an environment inventory, including versions, configurations,
and usage schedules.
• Follow change management processes to ensure controlled and documented
updates to test environments.
• Assist in managing incident logs and escalating issues when environment
disruptions occur.
• Document environment setup, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure
VMs, Storage, Networking).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source code repositories (Git, GitHub,
or Azure Repos).
• Strong interest in change management and ITIL principles (training or
certification is a plus).
• Good problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
