POSITION: This position has holistic responsibility to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations and drive the DrinkPAK. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all governmental agency (e.g., DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. The EHS Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on all safety, compliance, regulatory and related insurance requirements.
LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK'sheadquarters in Santa Clarita, California facility.

Proactively identify workplace hazard evaluations to determine risk to employee health and safety. Utilize hazard evaluations to implement EHS programs, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Establishes and implements both tactical and strategic plans includingobjectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors, evaluates, and auditsprogram effectiveness; effects change necessary for improvement
Investigate all accidents to determine the root cause, provide recommendations that eliminate or reduce future hazard or risk, and identify trends in safety incidents to drive strategic improvement in plant safety KPIs.

Base Salary Compensation:$130,000 - $150,000
