Job Advert SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior MV & Ground-Mount Engineer to lead our Medium Voltage and ground-mount solar PV engineering stream. This is a senior technical and leadership role responsible for driving design excellence, project delivery, compliance, and strategic development across complex renewable energy projects.
You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, support commercial scoping activities, mentor junior engineers, and provide professional sign-off on projects while contributing to the growth of our MV and ground-mount capabilities.
Minimum Requirements

B.Tech / B.Eng / B.Sc in Electrical Heavy Current Engineering

ECSA Professional Registration (preferred)

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer (or equivalent industry experience)

Proven delivery of multiple large, complex projects across the full project lifecycle

Strong knowledge of MV systems and ground-mount solar PV installations
