Overview
Lead the Cloud Operations Platform team in the US to deliver the Cloud Ops Platform project, driving multi-cloud automation, standardized tooling, and governance. You will execute the roadmap, ensure platform reliability and compliance, and enable scalable, efficient operations for global SaaS products.
Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Own delivery of the Cloud Platform Strategy Roadmap, including quarterly milestones and transformation phases.
- Implement automation, runbooks, and modular deployment patterns for multi-cloud environments.
- Ensure platform components meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing Cloud Ops Platform team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Drive automation of tenant lifecycle processes and incident response.
- Oversee migration of critical workloads and validate platform design through pilots.
- Expand platform adoption and standardize workflows across environments.
Governance & Compliance
- Define and enforce platform SLAs for uptime, deployment success, and incident response.
- Ensure integration of security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Security, and Cloud Ops leadership to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Cloud Operations or Platform Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/ARM).
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud automation, security hardening, and SaaS architectures.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver complex platform projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, ITIL.

- Successful delivery of Cloud Ops Platform milestones within agreed timelines.
- Reduction in deployment failures and operational incidents.
- Improvement in platform adoption across product teams.
- Compliance with security and audit requirements.
30/60/90 Day Plan
30 Days:
- Understand the Cloud Platform Strategy Roadmap and current state.
- Build relationships with global Cloud Ops and engineering stakeholders.
- Assess team capabilities and resource gaps.
60 Days:
- Establish execution plan for platform deliverables and quarterly milestones.
- Implement initial governance and reporting structure.
- Begin rollout of priority platform components (automation, runbooks, modular deployment).
90 Days:
- Deliver first major milestone (e.g., automation of top incidents, multi-cloud capability).
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership with a quarterly progress report.
Additional Details
- Salary commensurate with experience ($132,700 - $160,000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
- Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
