About the Opportunity
You will become part of an international environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous development. We work closely with our customers on offshore wind projects worldwide – primarily in Europe, the US, and Asia.
We offer a structured development path where you will gradually build your offshore competencies and, depending on your background, develop into more specialized technical roles such as High Voltage profiles
Typical Responsibilities (depending on training level)
- Travel to offshore sites and participate in project execution
- Perform mechanical and technical installation tasks
- Support commissioning and completion activities
- Take on ad hoc assignments as required on site
- Progressively train into more advanced electrical and technical tasks
Your Profile
- Technical background such as electrician, industrial electrician, technician, marine engineer, or similar
- Strong interest in building a long-term career within offshore wind
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally
- Physically fit for offshore work
- Able to communicate professionally in English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Ready to start training and take on assignments as opportunities arise
Experience from offshore or high-voltage work is an advantage, but not a requirement if you have the right motivation and willingness to learn.
