Surfers Paradise QLD | Full-time Senior Solar Sales Executive role

WHAT THIS ROLE IS:
A high-performance solar sales role within a growing renewable energy business operating from a new office at 50 Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD.
This is a full-time opportunity designed for a proven operator who can generate their own pipeline, close residential solar and battery opportunities, and lead complex commercial projects through to execution.
You will operate with autonomy, structure your own activity, and directly influence revenue outcomes.
Your performance directly impacts revenue. Installation teams deliver the systems, but you originate, structure, and close the work.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT:
It is not a lead-only appointment setting role.
It is not a junior sales development position.
It is not suited to someone who needs constant supervision or direction.
THE APPOINTMENT.
You will be based in Surfers Paradise QLD, positioned within a high-visibility commercial precinct at 50 Cavill Avenue.
The business has built strong traction in the residential solar and battery market across South East Queensland and is now strengthening its sales capability to support both continued residential growth and expansion into larger commercial and 100kW+ systems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
You will be trusted to:
- Prospect and generate residential and commercial solar opportunities.
- Structure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Close commercial solar and battery systems, including 100kW+ projects.
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations.
- Oversee the full deal lifecycle from first meeting to signed contract.
- Guide customers through feasibility, finance models, installation timelines, and commercial outcomes.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES.

- Have a proven track record prospecting for and completing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Have a proven track record prospecting for and closing commercial solar and battery systems (100kW+).
- Can demonstrate ability to self-generate commercial opportunities.
- Have experience overseeing the entire deal lifecycle and guiding customers through the process from initial engagement to contract execution.
This is a revenue ownership role. Results matter.
