Role Reports To: Senior Procurement Manager
Position Snapshot
Zelestra is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support procurement for its expanding U.S. portfolio of utility‑scale solar, BESS, and wind projects in a face-pace environment. This role helps execute sourcing strategies, manage suppliers, and support contract administration for major electrical and balance‑of‑system equipment.
This role partners with the U.S. and Spain.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or contract administration
- Experience managing purchase orders and supplier communications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with pricing tables and contract data
- Experience working with SAP and Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel
Position Responsibilities
Procurement Execution
Supplier & Contract Management
- Assist with negotiations, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
- Track milestones, payments, deliveries, and credit support
- Maintain procurement and contract records
- RFP Management
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Construction, and PM teams
- Support payments, compliance reviews, and delivery issue resolution
Compliance & Risk
- Support domestic content, certifications, and FEOC disclosures
- Monitor delivery risks, LD exposure, warranties, and maintain risk logs
Systems & Reporting
- Manage ERP/procurement data and trackers
- Prepare summaries and reports for leadership
- Working with Financial Models
- Documentation controls
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting salary for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and education in a remote-working environment: $80,600 - $95,000.
