Job Description Summary:
The Revenue Governance team manages revenue contracts for Nadara’s wind and solar assets across multiple countries, with a focus on contract management, compliance, and revenue recognition. The contracts managed include PPAs, virtual PPAs, hedging agreements, and incentive schemes. Each month, the team provides the Finance department and other internal stakeholders with the most up-to-date revenue calculations and interacts with counterparties to settle the amounts to be invoiced.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Governance Intern to join our dynamic team at Nadara. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial and operational oversight of renewable energy projects (wind and solar). You will support the Revenue Governance team in ensuring optimal revenue performance and compliance across our portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting in the calculation of monthly revenue estimates and energy settlements;
Interacting with energy contract counterparties to exchange documentation and confirm final settlement figures;
Contributing to process improvements;
Supporting the development and testing of a revenue management software.
Key Requirements
Strong and demonstrated interest in renewable energy;
Background in Engineering or Economics;
Experience with programming languages and the use of specialized software tools;
Advanced proficiency in Excel;
Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus.
