Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator to support accurate and timely biweekly payroll processing across multiple U.S. sites. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ADP Workforce Now, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. This role assists with payroll data entry, issue resolution, employee record maintenance, and provides responsive customer service to employees and site teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with timely and accurate biweekly payroll processing for employees across multiple states.
- Work with site payroll administrators and HR staff to resolve issues and validate payroll data.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and process data updates for multiple pay groups.
- Perform consistent and accurate data entry into ADP Workforce Now.
- Respond to employee inquiries, including vacation reports, payroll reports, and other assigned requests.
- Support regulatory requests from agencies such as the DOL and IRS.
- Assist with wage garnishment entries, direct deposit changes, and employee‑level data updates.
- Provide system guidance and one‑on‑one training to site personnel as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally.

Education and Experience:
- 4-5 years of ADP Workforce Now experience required.
- 5+ years of payroll processing and customer service experience in a large or fast‑paced environment.
- FPC designation and/or a degree in a related field is a plus.
