Finance & Operations Coordinator (AR/AP + Admin)
Location: Depew, NY | In-Office (Required)
Buffalo Solar Solutions is seeking a proactive Finance & Operations Coordinator to manage accounts payable/receivable while supporting day-to-day operations across our growing commercial energy business.
This role works closely with our off-site CFO and internal teams to keep financial processes accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and isn’t afraid to step outside a traditional accounting role to solve problems and support projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process AP/AR, create purchase orders, and issue customer invoices
- Track payments, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors and customers
- Work within QuickBooks and internal systems to manage financial workflows
- Help create, follow, and improve finance policies and procedures
- Support multiple projects and administrative tasks as needed

- Experience with AP/AR and accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership and an off-site CFO
