Job Description Summary:
Our Public Affairs, Communications, Sustainability (PACS) teams inspire growth and build trust with key stakeholders by forming meaningful relationships, communicating impact, and shaping the external environment in which our businessoperates. We are currently seeking aManager, PACS – TUR (Trade Association)to leaddaytodayengagement with trade associations and support public affairs and communications initiatives inTurkey. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, policy awareness, andhandson execution capability.
Support the delivery ofPublic Affairs, Government Relations, Communications, andSustainabilityrelatedinitiativesinTurkey, with a primary focus onTrade Association engagement, under the guidance of the Senior Manager and Director PACS.
Act as theday-to-daylead for Trade Association relationships,representingthe Company in relevant industry platforms, working groups, and committees.
MonitorTradeAssociationagendas, policy discussions, and regulatory developments, assessing potential implications for the business and escalating insights as appropriate.
SupportPublic Affairs and Government Relations initiativesthrough research, stakeholder mapping, meeting coordination, andfollowupactions.
Track and report onTrade Association activities, commitments, and outcomes, ensuring visibility and accountability.
Supportexternal communicationsrelated to Trade Associations, including statements, key messages, and alignment with broader PACS narratives.
Coordinate withLegal, Marketing, Sustainability, and other internal teamsto ensure aligned positions and inputs for Trade Association engagement.
MonitorNGOs, activists, and industry groupsrelevant to Trade Associations inTurkey, flagging emerging issues and risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree inPublic Policy, Communications, Political Science, Economics, Law, ora relatedfield.
5+ years of relevant experiencein public affairs, government relations, Trade Associations, regulatory affairs, or stakeholder management.
Strong understanding ofTrade Association structures, governance, and advocacy processes, ideally withinTurkey.
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills, including preparation of briefs, position papers, and stakeholder updates.
