The scope of the roleisOperating Unit quality, food safety, occupational health &safetyand environment (operational sustainability)(QSE)leadership including, manufacturing, distribution and marketplace,QSEperformance excellence enablement.
Lead allQuality,foodsafety,occupational health &safetyand environmentprojects throughout all the countries in OU withsupportof OU QSE Director. Address andeliminateall existing and potentialQuality,food safety issues in the spirit of continuous improvement.Lead sustainability initiatives in franchise operations.
Based on the globaland OUQSE strategy and goals, prepare theroadmapfor eachfranchiseunitfor achieving short- and long-term QSE excellence goalsandto protect and enhanceThe Coca-Cola Company resources, assets,trademarksand corporate reputation
The following areas define the key focus of the role:
Lead Franchise QSEManagers on implementing and monitoring The Coca-Cola Quality System (KORE) and ensure products, packages, ingredients, services, fountain operations and production facilities comply with the requirements of KORE and local regulations.
Support H&S systems and programs while ensuring best-in-class leadership through partnership,governanceand innovation across thesupply chains. In collaboration with the OU Health andsafetyDirector, QSEfranchise Operationteamand bottlerQSEleads .
Implement all globalQSEmethodology, standards and requirements for product, package and processes,distributionand marketplace
Manage and execute the development of OU Quality, Food Safety & Occupational health and Safetyandenvironment improvementactivities throughout the value chain to protect people, product, package,environmentandtrademark integrity, and improveQSE performance. Manage knowledge and best practices sharing acrossfranchises.
Organize andmanage co-packer management inOU toprevent business disruption.Make surequality,safety,environmentassessment andauthorization process for entireplant,isin place. Lead the team forfacility design, line approval, productionauthorization. Provide technical support and guidance, and follow up corrective action plans, ensure full implementation and complianceofKORE requirements.
Identifytraining needs/capabilitybuilding opportunitiesfor franchise QSE team and thesystem andsupportimplementation ofthe programswithin the region (e.g.Sensory, Fountain Quality, QMP Water Systems, etc.)
