Key Responsibilities
Strategic Contribution
Support ERM’s global business development initiatives and service innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand ERM’s service offerings and market presence.
Drive strategic growth through proposal development, client engagement, and thought leadership.
Project Delivery
Lead and manage complex Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (EIA/ESIA), permitting, and sustainability projects.
Ensure projects meet financial targets, timelines, and contractual obligations.
Oversee quality assurance and compliance with international standards (IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles) and regional regulatory frameworks.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and community representatives, ensuring transparent communication and effective issue resolution.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, Social Sciences, or related discipline
8 to 15 years relevant experience in environmental and social impact assessment and/or due diligence, preferably in a consulting environment
Strong understanding of EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks
Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations
Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships
Experience in sales, strategic growth, and financial management of projects
Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
Fluent English and Mandarin language needed for projects
