- 5+ years' Senior Business Development/Sales Executive in the solar sector (C&I preferred)
- Strong understanding of EPC processes, solar project development and product/technology knowledge
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams
- Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to interpret financials, handle pressure, and effectively contribute in executive‑level discussions
