Planning Manager (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, update, and implement project schedules for industrial projects, including PEB.
- Coordinate with Civil, Interior & Finishes, MEPF, and Operations teams to achieve project timelines.
- Monitor progress and prepare DPRs for management review.
- Identify schedule deviations and implement mitigation/recovery plans at site.
- Develop resource and manpower plans and ensure vendor compliance with deployment targets.
- Review and finalize construction methodology and sequencing in coordination with Works Managers.
- Track milestones, critical paths, and overall project progress using planning tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial project planning, including PEB projects.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in MS Project (MSP).
- Strong coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.
