The RoleThe Solutions Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Energy One’s solutions portfolio, with an initial and significant focus on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) software offerings. The role is responsible for developing scalable, market-led solutions that optimise revenue, enhance user experience for control and reporting, and support participation in the National Electricity Market. This includes both established energy storage solutions and the design and delivery of bespoke or emerging solutions in response to evolving customer and market needs.
The Solutions Manager will work across commercial, technical, and operational domains to ensure Energy One’s solutions remain differentiated, extensible, and aligned to the company’s long-term product and growth strategy globally.
