Actively acquire and manage private customers (B2C)
Advise customers on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video calls
Guide customers through the complete digital sales and contracting process up to closing
Prepare and present customized offers
Build and maintain your own customer network
Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team (e.g. appointment setting and lead qualification)
Use modern sales tools and continuously optimize your sales performance
Track and improve results based on clear KPIs
Remote work within the Netherlands
Very competitive performance-based commissions with no cap
Salary range from 40.000 - 42.000 EUR + commissions

Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch market
Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus, but not required
Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (required)
