We’re looking for a hands-on Solar PV Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of solar projects across South Africa. You’ll manage construction teams, subcontractors, quality, and safety and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.
- Lead on-site construction for Solar PV projects
- Manage electrical & mechanical subcontractors
- Keep projects on schedule and to spec
- Ensure quality, safety (OHSA), and SANS compliance
- Review drawings and support commissioning & handover
- Report progress to the Project Manager
Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Solid understanding of Solar PV installations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Detail-driven, proactive, and solution-focused
- Experience on commercial or utility-scale PV projects (advantageous)
Qualification:NDip / Trade Electrical
Valid Wireman’s License (essential)
Renewable energy construction experience
