About the Role
As a Team Lead Engineering (Renewables)– EMEA Region, you will oversee theengineeringactivitiesforWindprojects, SolarandBESSprojectsacross the EMEA region.

As part of our dynamic growth, we are expanding ourEngineering& Construction team and seeking aTeam Lead Engineering(m/f/d) for theWind/PV/BESSmarketwithin theEMEA region. This role is open to senior candidates, who would ideally work from Munich.
Responsible for project engineering activities forlarge-scaleWind,PV,and BESS power plants.
What You Will Do
You will provide functional and/or organizational management of the assigned engineers and/or engineering leads
You will organize regional engineering support on projects and expert task
You will define priorities on technical tasks and projects
You will be directly involved in critical technical tasks and projects
You will ensure smooth communication between engineers and interfaces such as PDs, PMs, TPLs, Procurement, and Construction
You will ensure that processes and standards are followed
You will follow up on lessons learned with the project teams
You will contribute to new developments, optimizations, and standards with the expertise and knowledge of the team
You will perform design verification and optimization
You will oversee cost calculations
You will maintain a high focus on CAPEX optimization and cost savings through engineering
What you’ll need to succeed
Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or similar
7+ years of experience in engineering management and/or technical management in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on Wind technology
Engineering experience in BESS and Solar are advantages
Excellent communication and leadership skills across multicultural and cross-functional teams
Organizational skills
Strong understanding of international and local norms and standards
Hands on mentality
Experience in risk management
Willingness to travel across EMEA region
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and geographies
