Job Description Summary:
Join us as an Agile and Effectiveness Expert and help shape the way our organisation works, collaborates, and performs.
This role focuses on driving organisational effectiveness by fostering agile mindsets and designing practical ways of working that enable teams and functions to operate at their best.
Working within the People & Organisation (P&O) function, you will contribute to building a strong foundation of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, leveraging people analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
Based in Lisbon, this is a high-impact individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Future of Work, People Analytics, and Digital/AI.
Job Description:
Key accountabilities include:
Fostering a culture of agility and organisational effectiveness across all functions.
Identifying and streamlining cross-functional processes to improve speed, adaptability, and value delivery.
Acting as a change agent, coaching teams on “being agile” beyond rigid frameworks.
Supporting P&O operational excellence by optimising internal processes and end-to-end delivery of People initiatives.
Enabling data-driven decision-making within P&O through insights, reporting, and strong data governance.
Skills & Capabilities
+7 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic focus on organisational effectiveness.
Ability to work autonomously as a high-impact individual contributor.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to drive change without direct authority.
Solid experience in data analysis and reporting (Power BI) within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex delivery roadmaps.
Collaborative mindset, combining agility, structure, and a continuous improvement approach.
