Job Description Summary:
Energy Team is a fast-growing company where new challenges and growth opportunities take place!
We are looking for a talented senior candidate to join us and support the Business Development and Regulatory Affairs Unit.
She/he will be responsible for analysing new regulations in the energy market, with a particular focus on electricity markets (energy and ancillary services) and on mechanisms for demand and generation aggregation.
The objective of the role will be therefold: developing, economically quantifying, and personally testing new business models and customer engagement strategies. She/he will act as the point of contact between the Commercial area, R&D, and Operations, and will represent the company vis-à-vis external stakeholders (trade associations, institutions, and partners).
The role will also work with the various companies and units of the Group (in particular internal trading, regulatory, and energy management functions) to identify new synergies and approaches.

In-depth regulatory knowledge of the Italian electricity market and the main incentive and support schemes (MACSE, Capacity Market, FER X, etc.)
