Job Summary
The role involves leading response teams to restore equipment to operational condition during emergency breakdowns through the use of precision maintenance techniques. It also requires close collaboration with production teams to continuously improve equipment reliability by applying CRI principles, identifying and eliminating defects, and conducting thorough root cause analysis. In addition, the focus includes reducing mean time to repair by enhancing troubleshooting capabilities and implementing more efficient repair methods.
Work Hours: Must be available for all shifts

Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Good Communication skills. Collaborate with all departments, management, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure team members are trained, certified, and follow all safety requirements.
- Ensure quality repairs.
What you will be doing
- Motivates, trains, coaches, develops, evaluates, and provides feedback to team members on their performance.
- Support trouble shooting activities to ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of equipment back to the customer.
- Interact with planner for continuous improvements when job repeats for future interruptible planned work.
- Perform PM analysis activities for improvement.
- Responsible for actively supporting and monitoring the safety program.
- Supports Predictive Maintenance activities by soliciting and planning future work.
- Ensures response team information is correct in MVP with Who, what, Where, When, How and data along with actual labor hours and parts used.
