As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and support needs. Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Tackle inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication with customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet company targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in training to deepen your understanding of renewable energy solutions and company offerings.
Requirements- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Must currently reside in Greece.
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI
- Genuine passion for customer service and commitment to sustainability.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry focused on renewable energy.
