Introduction

As a Project Engineer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the clients project through its construction and operational phases. You will provide technical-commercial expertise, coordinate with various teams, and assist the Head of Operations in ensuring the project achieves COD (Commercial Operation Date) on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement systems for site control, permitting, and plant performance.
Coordinate with environmental, legal, grid, engineering, and financial teams.
Assist in setting up the O&M subsidiary post-COD.
Prepare reports, presentations, and board packs.
Ensure timely acquisition of project rights, including permits, consents, land, and leases.
Lead the development of technical solutions for the project, covering solar PV, BESS, and high-voltage designs.
Engage with local stakeholders, including landowners and community members.
Conduct market research and financial analysis for renewable energy opportunities.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on operations.

Key Tasks

Provide technical support and lead workstreams where required.
Update financial model inputs and assumptions promptly.
Support legal and contractual aspects by assisting the Legal Manager.
Maintain registers for permits, consents, and land rights.
Report on project progress, budget, risks, and schedules.
Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure local project support.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree in Engineering (BSc/BEng/BTech Only)
Experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities. (2 - 4 yrs)
Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (advantage)
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics. (Utility scale)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
