Your mission
- Commercial asset management of wind energy and photovoltaic plants in Germany, France, and additional markets.
- Forward-looking liquidity management, cash flow planning, and preparation of potential distributions.
- Preparation of performance reports and financial analyses for internal management, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Invoicing and monitoring of feed-in tariffs, guarantees of origin, lease agreements, and external O&M contracts.
- Review and verification of incoming invoices (asset management, insurance, electricity supply, maintenance, telecommunications, etc.)
- Handling of insurance claims, guarantee, and warranty cases.
- Financial plausibility checks of annual and interim financial statements.
- Document and contract management, including monitoring of contractual obligations and notice periods using a contract management system.
- Correspondence and coordination with external project stakeholders such as banks, operators, insurers, and accounting partners.
- Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments, market trends, and industry best practices in the renewable energy sector.
Your profile
- University degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- Professional experience 2-5 years in a comparable role with a wind or solar asset operator or within infrastructure-related projects (e.g. real estate, shipping, energy infrastructure)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
- Ability to be based in Germany, Berlin / Erkner
